By creating an account or using KennaiQ, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using KennaiQ on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
2. Use of the service
You may use KennaiQ only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or access it through unauthorized means.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you create in KennaiQ. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
5. Limitation of liability
KennaiQ is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
